All orders placed with We Sell Mobile Phones before 2 pm on Monday to Friday will be posted to you the same working day. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next working day (excluding bank and public holidays). Working days are Monday to Friday.

2nd Class Standard Post (UK) Royal Mail FREE 3 - 5 working days after dispatch
1st Class Standard Post (UK) Royal Mail £5.85 1 - 3 working days after dispatch
Although Royal Mail 1st Class delivery can take between 1 to 3 working days from the dispatch date, it's been our experience that the majority of packages arrive just a day or two after this estimated delivery period.
Any orders with a value over £100.00 will automatically be sent via a Royal Mail Recorded service, a signature will be required.

All deliveries will require a signature on the receipt, apart from those delivered using the Royal Mail Standard 2nd/1st Class service (UK). However, where the value of your total order exceeds £100.00, we will send the goods via a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service free of charge, unless the 1st Class or Special Delivery option has been selected.
In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers. It is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
When you sign for a delivery, you accept the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
If goods are returned to We Sell Mobile Phones because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send the goods.
For missing or delayed items please note that we have to wait 15 days after the estimated delivery date before we are able to consider action such as a replacement or refund.
